Goal Setting Helps Self-Confidence
By setting goals, and measuring your achievement of them,
you are able to see what you have done and prove to yourself
what you are capable of. I have found in working with hundreds
of clients that self-confidence issues are easily remedied
by creating winable situations. As one succeeds in the situations,
they develop confidence.
The process of achieving goals and seeing their achievement
gives you the confidence and a belief in yourself that you
need to be able to achieve higher and more difficult goals.
Setting increasingly challenging goals is the surest way to
establish long-term self-confidence. And with confidence in
yourself, you can accomplish anything.
Providing that you have the self-discipline
to carry it through, goal setting is also relatively easy.
And, if you don't have the self-discipline, that's OK. Many
people don't - though it can be developed too. Just find yourself
a partner - somebody who is willing to hold you accountable.
Many people also choose to work with a professional coach

Going Beyond Goals to Improve Self-confidence
A lacking in self-confidence usually means an abundance of
feelings that undermine your confidence. It doesn't matter
if the underlying feeling is rational or not - it's just how
you feel.
The good news is that an excellent program exists to help
you recognize the source of those feelings and easily dissolve
them. No counselling required! It's a great program and I
encourage you to check into it - just imagine what's possible
in your life with strong self-confidence.
